Do I have to write a confirmation of my priest in my church, to say why this should be confirmed and what I learned in CCD ... I do not know write what to ... do not teach what we also confirmed .... if anything could help thankss:]]

Ask the priest if he can talk and ask - is what is there - you'll be glad you are interested in. :-) To be honest - ask him (or her teacher if different).
It is very important that you know what you are doing and what you do when you are confirmed - take its place as an adult in the church and responsibility for their relationship with God. If you do not understand something, then you have to ask the responsibility for the :-) Good luck :-)
