This is a picture of just her legs in stockings and high heels or a dress with pantyhose with heels. Or wear a shirt, skirt and stockings with heels, or just to network and mesh. They are all dressed.

I think it depends on what, besides just the clothes or socks. Under the assumption that the dress, tights I doubt it would be "explicit" or "sexual".
